Denza is a luxury new energy vehicle (NEV) brand originally established in 2010 as a high-profile 50:50 joint venture between BYD and Mercedes-Benz (then Daimler). Headquartered in Shenzhen, the brand combined Mercedes-Benz's historic chassis design and luxury alignment with BYD's cutting-edge powertrain technology.
