Volvo
Na całe życie
Volvo Cars was founded in Gothenburg in 1927 around the principle that cars should be designed around people. The company built its reputation on safety, durability and restrained Scandinavian design, and is now transforming that heritage into a software-led electrified range under Geely Holding ownership.
Kamienie milowe EV
- +Strong safety engineering and driver-assistance focus.
- +Clear, restrained interior and exterior design.
- +Established European dealer and service network.
- +Competitive battery warranty and increasingly fast charging.
- –Specifications can change materially between model years under the same model name.
- –Software-dependent functions and subscriptions vary by market and production date.
- –Earlier CMA electric models are heavier and less efficient than newer dedicated-EV designs.
Volvo's battery-electric cars use several platform and cell strategies rather than one universal pack. CMA-based models introduced the brand's first modern BEVs, SEA underpins the compact EX30 family, while newer SPA2 and 800-volt architectures support larger models with faster charging. European high-voltage battery coverage is eight years or 160,000 km with a 70% capacity threshold.
Volvo remains one of the most credible premium EV transitions: safety-led, practical and increasingly competitive on charging, though exact model-year specification must be checked carefully.
