Maxus is SAIC Motor's commercial-vehicle brand, built from the former LDV/Maxus lineage and relaunched under SAIC in 2011. In Europe it is best known for electric vans such as the eDeliver 3, eDeliver 5, eDeliver 7 and eDeliver 9, plus MPV and pickup models including Mifa 9 and eTerron 9.

Maxus uses externally supplied lithium-ion packs across its EV line-up, with LFP chemistry common in commercial vans and larger battery packs used for MPV and pickup models. Battery warranty terms vary by model and market, so EVRadar should store model-level warranty values rather than assuming one global policy.
Maxus is one of the more serious value-oriented EV van players in Europe. Its strongest use case is commercial transport where payload, warranty and electric running costs matter more than brand prestige.
