📌 What should decide an EVRadar score: range, efficiency or charging curve?

We are tuning how the score weights real-world usefulness. The current internal model leans on three groups: usable range, efficiency and charging performance.

The tricky part is that these do not matter equally to every driver. A city commuter cares about efficiency and price. A motorway driver may care more about the 10-80% time than the WLTP headline.

What would you weight most heavily?

For me the score should punish bad efficiency more than low peak charging.

My old EV with a modest 125 kW peak was easy on trips because it used 17-18 kWh/100 km at 120 km/h. A heavier SUV that peaks at 230 kW but uses 25 kWh/100 km still needs more energy for the same drive.

Charging curve should be visible separately, not hidden inside one score. Peak kW is marketing. Average power from 10-80% is what changes the day.

Maybe show both: overall EVRadar score, plus small badges for efficiency, trip charging and ownership practicality.

That matches the direction we are testing: keep the main score simple, then expose the reason behind it. A car can be great for commuting but average for high-speed routes, and the page should make that obvious.
